re: the library of missing data sets - do we necessarily want to collect data? in some examples (such as sexual assault reporting, facial recognition, etc.) privacy is really important. data is biased and then used harshly against those who aren't in the data collection. will including those not in the data set help with the bias? privacy / ethical & non-biased data collection / publicly accessible
